How Long Have You been in business?
We started our business in 1996. We are a full time inspection business and have been from the start. We are not into home inspections as a part time business.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, All of our inspectors are licensed and we carry insurance as required by the state of Kentucky. We are members of the Greater Cincinnati Better Business Bureau ( we recommended that you check with the better business bureau before you hire someone)
When do I get the report?
The same day. We have a fast reliable and easy to follow report. We will email you the report the same day of the inspection.
When Are you available?
We realize you work very tight schedules and we work around your work schedule (because it is important for you to be there). Weekend appointments are available along with evenings (daylight permitting). Weekends and evenings fill fast so book today!
Why Should we use your company?
We are a full service home inspection company. We are not into this on a part time basis. It sounds corny, but we treat the home as if we are buying it. We Treat your home and you with respect, take our time and explain things. We will not blow things out of proportion. Our inspectors are trained to show you preventative maintenance and tips that will help you take good care of your home. We will send you a monthly newsletters.
